when the moon is
distorted
by the undulating waves,
there is an urge to
play with gravity;
leap into the sea
in search of
a void,
forgotten.
to be a bird
with clipped wings,
swimming through
the ocean of life;
to be a fish
with trimmed fins,
flying across
a sky too blue.
such is life:
the birds are in shoals
and the fish, in flocks.
