Pilates & Matcha - Mental Health Week ✨

Bend, stretch, sip, repeat. We've hijacked Villa Pilates in Carlton for a slightly chaotic wellness moment: a pilates session, followed by matcha with your fellow strugglers. No prior flexibility (or life admin skills) required.

Since our instructor can only handle 11 humans at once, we've cloned the event into 3 sessions, so there's a spot for everyone, no elbowing required.

Mental Health Week deserves better than another Netflix binge, so we made this instead. Come find your inner calm.

Bring along: comfy clothes you can stretch in, a water bottle, and a small towel.
