Matcha Lovers Club
MLC Annual General Meeting 2026 will bring together Matcha Lovers Club members to elect the new Committee for the 2026–2027 term. Members will have the opportunity to nominate and vote for Executive positions, including President, Secretary and Treasurer, as well as three General Representative non-Executive positions.
During the AGM, candidates will introduce themselves and outline their suitability for their nominated roles, followed by the formal voting and election process.
The AGM aims to ensure a fair and transparent election process, encourage active participation from Matcha Lovers Club members, and establish a capable new committee to lead the club’s events, marketing, sponsorships, internal operations and member engagement throughout the upcoming year.
Attendance is free, but a valid ticket is compulsory to attend the MLC Annual General Meeting 2026. All attendees must register in advance and obtain a free ticket before entering the meeting. Please ensure you have your ticket ready for check-in on the day.
