Hi all MUEEC members,

Melbourne University Electrical Engineering Club (MUEEC) is inviting you to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Come to support us and enjoy some free food at the meeting!!!

At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year's committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been doing, and give suggestions for things the club can do better in the future.

General Committee:

  • Welfare Officer (NEW!)
  • Digital Media Officer (x2)

If you are running for a position, please prepare a short 1-minute introduction for the AGM to introduce yourself and explain why you would like to run for the position so that we can all get to know you. It will be 1 minute total per person, even if you are running for multiple positions. Nominations will be taken during the AGM, and self-nominations are accepted.

You MUST be a MUEEC member through the UMSU website for more than 5 days in order to vote at a club general meetingNote to apply for any role on the executive committee, you must be in your second or later year, unless no other qualified candidate is nominated. Additionally, to apply for the positions of President and Vice President you must have previous MUEEC committee experience, unless no other qualified candidate is nominated. Please read the constitution for further details.
