IVSUM Annual General Meeting 2026 will bring together IVSUM members to elect the new Committee for the 2026–2027 term. Members will have the opportunity to nominate and vote for Executive positions, including President, Secretary, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Communication, and Vice President of Event, as well as Non-Executive Officer positions across the Finance, Communication, and Event teams.
During the AGM, candidates will introduce themselves and present their suitability for their nominated roles, followed by the voting and election process. The meeting will also briefly review IVSUM’s activities and achievements from the past year and address relevant governance matters.
The AGM aims to ensure a fair and transparent election, encourage active participation from IVSUM members, and establish a capable new committee to lead the club’s events, communications, finances, partnerships, and member engagement in the upcoming year.
