Spending time in nature can be a valuable support for mental wellbeing, and we are planning a number of excursions and walks over the coming weeks.

We have also received some questions about suitable outdoor gear and where to find it. To help with this, we are running a free one-hour workshop to share practical tips and experience on choosing the right equipment.

Whether you are planning to buy gear soon or simply want to understand what is available, this session will offer a useful overview of how to choose strategically, especially with Melbourne’s changeable weather in mind.

Date: Wednesday, 13 May
Time: 5:30–6:30 pm
Location: Manhari Room, Level 7, Melbourne Connect

Light refreshments will be provided.

Please also keep an eye out for further updates. If this session is well received, the next workshop in the series will focus on camping gear.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Please let us know if you have any question / suggestion via email.
