We are holding a Special General Meeting (SGM) to fill some of the roles on our committee. Roles are open to domestic, international and exchange students, even if you’re here only for one semester!!

This is the perfect chance for you to get involved in the rest of the semester with running our events, or just to see what we will be up to for the rest of the year! It's your chance as MUSEX members to have a say in the future of our club (and we will have free coffee...). Nominations and voting for roles will happen during the meeting so make sure to come along, in person or on zoom!

We’ll begin with a casual coffee meet & greet at Ida Bar at 1:00pm. Coffee is on us (first come, first served). It’s a great opportunity to meet the previous committee and ask any questions ahead of the SGM. Additionally, those who come to the SGM in person will get priority access to ticket sales ($30 for members) for our upcoming Great Ocean Road Day Trip.

Please keep in mind that if we don't reach a quorum and elect a new committee, the club will be required to close and cease all future events.

When: Wednesday 12th August, 1.30pm
