Join us for Women’s Health Week as we come together to learn, connect and feel empowered in our own skin. 💗

Women’s health deserves to be talked about: from understanding our menstrual cycles and caring for our wellbeing, to breaking the stigma around period poverty and feeling informed about pregnancy and birth. This week is all about creating spaces to learn, ask questions, connect with others and take charge of our health.

And there’s more! Our Wednesday and Friday events will have free reusable period pads available, plus catering including iced coffee, matcha and chai lattes! ☕️✨☕️💕
