This is an Official Notice of the Melbourne University Physiotherapy Students’ Society (MUPSS) SGM.
2026 has been an eventful and wonderful year so far! We are thankful for the support of you, the members, for the success of the events of past and present. We look forward to being able to hold many more this coming year.
The purpose of the SGM is to hear the Presidental report of the outgoing president and to complete a re-election for select positions for the remainder of 2026.
2024 MUPSS Annual General Meeting:
DATE: Friday 20th March 2026
TIME: 1:30-2:30pm
VENUE: Alan Gilbert Building PAR-104-L1-124. We will also be running it online via Zoom (invite below), however we encourage as many people to attend in person

Nominations will be annouced 48 hours prior to meeting via email and instagram. Please complete the survey here if you would like to nominate yourself for the role.
Notice of elections:
All MUPSS members are invited to participate in the elections. Voting will be conducted online via OpaVote, and will be based on a majority vote system. Only members in attendance during the AGM will be eligible to vote, voting by proxy will not be accepted. The OpaVote link will be distributed via email to attending participants of the AGM during the meeting.
