OmniSci 2026 Annual General Meeting

10/09/2026–10/09/2026
5:30 PM–6:30 PM
David Caro L203 Flexible Learning Space
OmniSci Magazine

On Thursday 10th September at 5:30 pm in the L203 Flexible Learning Space in David Caro Building, we will be holding our yearly official club meeting.
At the AGM you will have your chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year’s committee, ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.
ALL positions are up for grabs to anyone who would like to run, regardless of experience. If there’s a role you’re interested in, we strongly encourage you to put yourself forward and give it a go!
We’re particularly looking for people interested in taking on:
1x Editor-in-Chief (EIC)
1x Secretary
Our current EIC and Secretary are stepping down, so we’d love to see people put themselves forward for these roles. Position descriptions can be found here in our linktree (in bio).
We will be providing FREE SNACKS! and copies of our most recent PRINT EDITION will be available as well.

At least 20 people must attend for us to meet quorum, so attending, physically and digitally (using the Zoom link above), helps us greatly. On the day of the AGM, use this page to confirm your attendances using the free ticket function below.

Thanks OmniSci crew!
