Beta Alpha Psi presents a Strategy & Corporate Advisory workshop with Highbury & Co, introducing students to management consulting through a real-world case study. Working in teams, participants will apply core consulting frameworks to diagnose strategic issues and develop structured recommendations, with guidance and feedback from industry professionals.

The session also explores how consultants approach problem-solving from diagnosis through to delivery, including structured thinking and clear communication. Students will gain insight into strategy consulting careers, recruitment expectations, and the key skills firms look for in candidates.
