Dear club members,
The Platypus Affiliated Society Student Club at UniMelb has formally invited you to attend our Special General Meeting (SGM). At the SGM you will have your chance to run for a vacant position on the club committee (Treasurer) and ask questions of the current committee to see what they’ve been up to and give suggestions for things the club can do in the future.
The agenda with all the activities that are occurring can be found attached along with the constitution which the committee position available: Treasurer.
The SGM details are as follows.
Date: Thursday May 29 (Next Week!) [Note: date different to previous email]
Time: 4:10 PM (FREE Pizza from 4:00 PM)
Location: Room 206 of the Student Pavilion (Second Floor) [Outside the Rowden White Library]
