Where conflict arises, energy insecurity erupts. This insecurity threatens the very fabric of our society, much of which is built upon the operation of oil and gas supply chains. When supply chains are disrupted, prices rise, activity halts, and vulnerable populations are put at risk. Roundtable 1 will expose such circumstances as ever-present on a cross-continental scale. Attendees will gain the opportunity to explore, debate, and develop critical opinions on related issues alongside leading scholars and experts. This opportunity will serve as an excellent introduction to the world of energy security, and equip attendees with a solid base from which to pursue further study.
