Join artist Andrew Seward for this creative print workshop in the Arts Lab, taking place Tuesday 29 April, 1-3pm!
Using ink, rollers and paper, Andrew will guide participants through the process of printing directly from natural specimens. Together, you’ll press leaf to page, capturing the fine textures and hidden structures of botanical forms—capturing surface texture and botanical structures.
WHEN: Tuesday 29 April, 1-3PM
WHERE: Arts Lab, Level 1 Building 159, Arts and Cultural, Monash Road, University of Melbourne Parkville (MAP)

Andrew Seward is an Australian artist working primarily with drawing and watercolour. His practice focuses on the creation of delicately rendered drawings of botanical subjects. His work encourages a viewing intimacy and consideration of the way we spend time rather than being simply accurate observational drawings. They suggest something beyond the sublime.
