MUBSS Annual General Meeting 2025

We are thrilled to announce the date for this year’s Annual General Meeting on the 24th of September 2025. The AGM will be held on Room G07 on the ground floor of Market Hall (Building 189), Level 1 Activity Room 101 at our Parkville, Victoria campus starting at 4pm.

During the AGM, candidates will have the opportunity to present a 1-minute pitch about why they should be part of the upcoming MUBSS committee. 

The roles available on the committee are:

· President

· Vice-President

· Secretary

· Treasurer

· Events Manager

· Events Officer 

· Social Media Manager

· Postgraduate Student Representative
