Engineering Students’ Club

Dear MUESC members, 

 

MUESC has invited you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). At the AGM you will be given the chance to run for a position on the club committee, vote for next year's committee and discuss future plans. We will also be reflecting on our past years progress!

 

Attached to this email is the agenda outlining the activities that will occur during the AGM and all the positions available. The constitution of MUESC is also attached.

Please mark your calendars and we look forward to seeing you there. The chance to go for all club roles will be open, and nominations are possible through the link below, as well as on the day in person/ on zoom during the meeting. Please refer to the attached constitution to ensure you are eligible for the role you're applying to, or reach out to us if you aren't sure. You must be a member of the club to attend and vote in the AGM. You can purchase membership on the UMSU website through the Clubs and Societies tab.

A ticket is required for you to attend the AGM

For those running, speeches are to be 1 minute per nominee for each role, with 1 minute question time for Executive positions. If you are unable to attend but want to run, send us an email to submit a video nomination.
