WCS 2025 Annual General Meeting

Hey WCSers,

It’s that time of year again — our AGM is just around the corner! 🎉  We will be electing our new committee members who will help keep the spirit of our club going strong. If you have ever thought about getting more involved, this is the perfect chance to do it! The agenda for the AGM will be attached below, feel free to run through it to get a feel of what to expect.

🕑 Time: 4pm-5.30pm
📍 Location: Chemistry Building West Wing, L1 Room 158

If you are interested in nominating yourself or a suitable person to run for a position, feel free to fill out the form here! The floor will also be open on the day of the AGM. Food will be provided to all in-person attendees as well 😋

There are also online Zoom options available for those who won’t be able to make it in person. However, we strongly encourage everyone to attend in person to participate in discussions and elections. Your presence and participation are vital as we work together to guide the club's future direction.
