Swifties' Society SGM

The Swifties’ Society will be having an SGM next week following a few openings for committee positions, and we would love to see you all there! 

We invite you to attend, nominate yourself or someone else for the available positions, and vote at the SGM for an opportunity to have your say for who you want to see on your committee. The SGM will be held in person AND on zoom, so we hope to see all of you there! We will have free snacks and sweets, and join us afterwards in the Rowdy beanbag room for our Reputation Tour Film Watch party from 1-3pm. 🐍🍿

Elections will be held for the following committee positions. Please note that to nominate yourself or someone else, the person nominated must be a member of the club for the nomination to be valid. To vote in the elections, you must also be member of the club, if you are planning to attend and vote, please sign up for a membership here. Available committee position descriptions will be attached below so take a read if you are interested on running for these roles! If you'd like to prepare a 1 minute speech you are more than welcome to do so, and let us know if you have any other questions about the election process!

Being on the Swifties' Society committee gives you the chance to have your say in how the club runs its' events, and to bring your forward your ideas and visions on how to make our member experiences better! Being part of the committee involves attending regular meetings, organising events, setting up and running events, an helping to build the best space for your fellow Swifties!
