Swifties' Society AGM 2025

New era incoming 💜💜💜

Our Annual General Meeting for 2025 is happening on Monday the 15th September at 5pm in Room G02, Building 189 (and via zoom) 🗳️

All committee positions will be vacant at the AGM so come along to nominate yourself for a position, or come to vote and have your say in what the next UMSS committee will look like 👫

Please read through all slides in this post for a breakdown on each of the vacant positions 

IMPORTANT INFO:
🪻 To run for a position you must be a member of the club. 
🪻 And to run for an executive position (president, secretary or treasurer) you must also be a Unimelb student 

🪻 To vote in the election, you must also be a member of the club. 
🪻 If you wish to attend the AGM and vote, please ensure you have a valid club membership (these can be purchased via the linktree in our bio) 

Being a part of the Swifties' Society committee is an incredibly rewarding and fun experience where you get to have your say in how the club runs events, and you get to bring your ideas, creativity and vision forward on how to make members’ experiences better 
Being on the committee also involves hard work and dedication, including attending regular meetings, organising events, setting up and running events, and helping to build the best possible space filled with happiness, fun and magic for your fellow Swifties 🌸🪩✨

We encourage you all to jump headfirst fearless and be a part of this AGM by running for a position or voting for those that do, ultimately helping shape part of the next era of the Unimelb Swifties' Society!
